Chupha Na
Twenty-two-year-old Chupha Na comes from a rural area of Kampong Cham in Cambodia where prospects for young people are severely limited by the lack of education available. Unemployment is high and young people are particularly vulnerable to abusive salaries, exploitation and human trafficking.

Three years ago, Chupha's father died leaving his mother to run their farm and look after their six children. Chupha wanted to help his mother, who is very poor but without skills or an education finding employment was impossible.
Thanks to a vocational training project funded by SCIAF, Chupha is now gaining the skills he needs to enter a lucrative business studying air-conditioner repair. He now looks forward to a promising career and a secure future for his family.
