Give Up Things for Lent – SCIAF WEE BOX Campaign – 40 Day Challenge

SCIAF's WEE BOX campaign is back and this year, we are focusing on the issue of hunger.

Around the world, over a billion people do not have enough to eat. SCIAF is working hard to make poverty and hunger a thing of the past but we need your help.

Join SCIAF - and some of Scotland's top celebrities - in the 40 Day Challenge and give things up for Lent to help people in need and poverty.  It’s easy, just give something up for the 40 days of Lent and put the money you save into a SCIAF WEE BOX.

With money donated by people in Scotland, the Gebreselassie family from Ethiopia received agricultural training and a rain water reservoir for their village. Eating just one small meal a day is now a thing of the past for them and their neighbours.

Whatever you give up this Lent - biscuits, wine, magazines, fizzy drinks - can be transformed into lasting change for a child, a family, even a whole community in Africa, Asia or Latin America.

What are you giving up?
